"Encoder" Overlay For Elektron Octatrack Mk 1
This is a small overlay that you place over the encoders of your Elektron Octatrack MK 1 to make it easier to remember the control functions when editing a sample.
Note: Due to this overlay's small size, it will be shipped via standard letter mail unless other items are also ordered. We do not offer tracking #'s on letter mail.
The overlay is printed on a highly durable, waterproof, and 100% recyclable polyester sheet (not vinyl, fiber, or plant-based). The matte finish is designed to minimize reflections from ambient light for maximum readability. If the overlay becomes dirty, we recommend gently wiping it down with a soft cloth moistened with water. We do not recommend cleaning the overlay with isopropyl alcohol as this may damage the artwork. Based on our testing, the following substances will severely damage the artwork if left on the surface for an extended period of time: tea tree oil, acetone, nail polish remover, bleach, household cleaners, and hand sanitizer.
To install the overlay, simply remove the 6 "A-F" encoder knobs from the front panel of your Octatrack MK 1 (if the knobs are difficult to remove, you may need to gently pry them off with a small knife or letter opener). Then, remove the backing from the adhesive tabs on the back side of the overlay and place the overlay over the front panel. Once the overlay is in place, re-attach all the knobs. The removable adhesive provided is low-tack to allow for repositioning or easy removal of the overlay without harming the original artwork on your synthesizer.
