"Red Schema" Overlay For Korg MicroKorg

This is a 5-piece overlay kit that you place over the front panel faceplate of your Korg MicroKorg synthesizer. The design uses high contrast graphics and large fonts for easy viewing in low light.
 
- Shift functions are shown next to corresponding controls
- Rear connections such as Audio I/O and MIDI are labeled along the top edge of the overlay
- MIDI CC numbers are provided for editing parameters
- Flowchart Diagrams show the synthesizer and vocoder modules and signal flow
 
The overlay is printed on a highly durable, waterproof, and chemical resistant polyester sheet material (not vinyl) for maximum performance and long life. If the overlay becomes dirty, we recommend gently wiping it down with a soft cloth moistened with water. We do not recommend cleaning the overlay with isopropyl alcohol or other clening chemicals as this may damage the artwork. Based on our testing, the following substances will severely damage the artwork if left on the surface for an extended period of time: tea tree oil, acetone, nail polish remover, bleach, household cleaners, and hand sanitizer.
 
To install the overlay, you will need to remove all of the knobs and screws from the front panel of your MicroKorg synthesizer. The four main screws can be removed using a 3/32" or M2.5 hex key wrench. The two parameter selection knobs can be removed using a 1/16” hex key wrench. These hex key wrenches are common items that can be purchased from most hardware stores or from our oversynth.com online store. The other knobs do not require a hex key wrench to be removed, but you may need to gently pry them off using a letter opener or butter knife. Once the knobs and screws are removed, peel off the backing from the adhesive strips on each overlay and place the overlays over the front panel of your synthesizer. The removable adhesive is low-tack so you can easily reposition the overlays if needed for proper alignment. Once the overlays are in place, re-attach all the knobs and screws.
